Tostada Thursday

I made chicken-fajita tostadas for dinner. It was pretty good and e a s y. It’s not like a lot of things in my dinner rotation so I thought maybe you all might like it too.

A few notes from the cook if you attempt this meal--
I used a rotisserie chicken and already sliced green, red, and yellow peppers. Use a good fresh salsa and make sure to have plenty to add at the table. I added black beans. And I made almost all of it this afternoon and heated it when we got home.
