Tonight we were back at the table. To celebrate I made a new dish, Spicy Pasta Bake with Sausage from America’s Test Kitchen Fast and Fresh Recipe Card issue (on newsstands until September 29). Can you say yummy one dish spicy easy meal?! Kind of reminds me of my friend Rachel’s Special Pasta.

Don't you just love the back cover illustrations in Cooks Illustrated? They're my favorite. I think they should be framed in all kitchens.
