Peacock

pea·cock: [pee-kok] noun, plural -cocks, (especially collectively) -cock. verb

noun. the male of the peafowl distinguished by its long, erectile, greenish, iridescent tail coverts that are brilliantly marked with ocellated spots and that can be spread in a fan.
verb (used without object). to make a vainglorious display; strut like a peacock.

A tuft of hair has inspired Faris to remark on several occasions that Luke resembles a peacock. The accused tuft of hair has of late enjoyed brilliantly displaying itself. In fact, it is now difficult to talk said tuft down from a “vainglorious” display. It seems this is its new preferred position.
